Nasi Briyani Kambing-Mutton Briyani Rice

Mutton Briyani Rice


basmathi rice 250gm
mutton 150gm
briyani masala powder 60 gm
red chili 20 gm
green chilli 10 gm
onion 50 gm
cloves 5 gm
cinnamon 8 gm
cashew nuts 15 gm
cardamon 6 gm
fresh turmeric 15 gm
mint leaf 5 gm
garlic 20 gm
coriander leaf 15 gm
ghee oil 80 gm
salt 10 gm
white pepper 5 gm


1.Saute garlic,onion,cloves,cinnamon,cardamon and fresh turmeric with ghee oil.Add in briyani masala powder. Cook until fragrant
2. add mutton and cook till tender. Add water, salt, rice, white pepper and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
3. Cover tightly and cook for anoter 10 minutes over slow fire.
