Daging Salai perap-Baked Beef Brisket

Baked Beef Brisket

Ingredients
boneless beef brisket 450gm
black pepper 20gm
white pepper 15 gm
paprika 10 gm
salt 10 gm
onion[minced] 50 gm
garlic[minced] 20 gm

preparation
1.Place beef brisket,fat side up in a shallow roasting pan.Sprinkle brisket evenly with salt,pepper,paprika,garlic and onion.
2.Bake in the oven at 300c for 1 hour and cover pan tightly with aluminium foil. Reduce oven temperature to 250c and continue cooking for 2 hours or until the brisket tender. Skim fat from juices or use the separately.
